RAMESH KUMAR MITTALMANAGING DIRECTOR
We want everyone to have the real authentic beer straight from Germany and Belgium. Through our journey, we have instilled beer tradition in the north. We celebrate major food and beer festivals which keeps updating our taste palate and brings traditions together. We will keep introducing phenomenal beers, drinks and fusion of food as we expand.

Meet the man behind The Brew Estate’s success and proliferation.
Varundeep Singla, the director of The Brew Estate, is the mastermind behind The Brew Estate's accomplishments. In addition to managing the ongoing operations, he oversees the expansion plans of this widely popular brewery.
“Our mission at The Brew Estate is to bring together the passion behind craft beer, delicious food, and a high level of entertainment while spending time with family and friends. Once we started, there was never a need to look back due to the positive response we got in our cafe cum pub. In the coming years, we envision expanding globally and spreading our passion for this art of Brewing combined with the leisure experience.” Says Varundeep Singla.

ANUJ ABROLHead of Human Resources
He is having Excellent Academic back ground and passed Hotel Management Graduate from AIHM Chandigarh 2002, MBA in HR from Symbiosis University Pune, MSC in Hotel Management from Annamalai University. And is pursuing PHD in Hospitality from Amity University Jaipur.
He is having rich experience of 21 years with Track record of performing in hospitality Industry i.e TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS, JAYPEE HOTELS, LALIT HOTEL and his last Assignment was Sarovar Hotels. In HR his expertise was to make Strategic, Training & Placement and was Teaching in CGC Landran and some other leading Institutions regarding Hospitality.
Harish NaharCORPORATE CHEF
Mr. Harish has 20-year experience of F&B Industry. He is graduated from IHM Chandigarh; He is expert in multi cuisine. Harish is one of the core member of The Brew Estate, is behind all new food menu. Harish chef is leading all outlets of The Brew Estate. He has experienced with “Mr. Burger”, “Eithna”, “Underdogs” and “Score”.
Naveen DubeyAssistant Vice President
Mr. Naveen Dubey has been an important addition to the brew estate family. With a background in Engineering , entrepreneurship and extensive experience into hospitality, Naveen knows his way around the industry and contributes in scaling the business to new heights every day. He is a marketing head & strategist to The Brew Estate who is a leading light for many important decisions like expansion and franchise. Having equipped with the enough knowledge of the digital world, he understand social world well . His attention to detail is what makes him a good asset for the company. After working in the companies like colliers, worklabs, Bira, Sakonsa, Spectrum Communications , he is well acquainted with several marketing strategies. The personage behind all the successful promotion , events & launch of new outlets , as a marketing head he successfully took brand on new heights with own brilliant leadership.
Gaurav Accounts Manager
Gaurav is managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
NareshPurchase Manager
Mr Naresh is managing daily purchasing activities, and allocating tasks. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
